Add 20% water, heat & brush on fruits. Our classic apricot glaze when used on fruits acts as a protective coating to preserve the fruit from drying out. Apricot glaze adds a nice, sweet color when added to pastries, as is great to add to chicken for a nice, sweet apricot flavored chicken. Our apricot glaze is available in bulk or wholesale.

Unopened & Refrigerated: 3 weeks.

Tips & Handling: Store in a cool, dry, odor-free place. After opening, refrigerate and use within 3 weeks. If stored unopened, product will maintain all initial properties for up to 8 months.
